Dr. Shivaprasanna Rai is a General Dentist. He graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from MCV School of Dentistry, Virginia Commonwealth University in 1994 and has been a practicing General Dentist since. Dr. Rai also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, VCU School of Dentistry from 1994 to 1997.

Dr. Shivaprasanna Rai graduated from the Government Dental School Bangalore, India in 1984. He has received a Masters Degree in Conservative Dentistry (Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics) in 1988 from the College of Dental Surgery KMC Manipal, India. Dr. Rai also served on the faculty at the College of Dental Surgery KMC, Mangalore in the Department of Conservative Dentistry until 1990.

Dr. Shivaprasanna Rai is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and Northern Virginia Dental Society.
